Original MedSurg Shoe
Part of the well respected Darco range, this Medium sized version of the Original MedSurg Shoe is one of three fittings for women.
With a long and successful track record, it provides excellent stability and control of the fore-foot and so helps to promote swifter post-operative recovery. The heel is well padded and reinforced so it holds the foot securely and minimises the risks of slipping or other movement within the shoe.
The upper section is manufactured from a lightweight, vapour permeable mesh that is comfortable to wear and which will accommodate bony protrusions on the surface of the foot without exerting painful pressure. The straps close without the need for buckles, so they obviate the risk of uncomfortable localised pressure, and they will close securely over even large dressings.
