From humble beginnings, our parent company NRS Healthcare began its journey as "Nottingham Leather Company" and "Nottingham Handcraft Company Ltd” selling leather off-cuts to Occupational Therapists for leather craft therapy and producing leather items for war veterans to aid their rehabilitation.
After 20 years of successful trading, the company was renamed Nottingham Rehab Supplies after a merger between Nottingham Handcraft and Nottingham Medical Aids, cementing our entry into rehabilitation aids and equipment.
In 2007, NRS Healthcare celebrated its 60th anniversary, and the Complete Care Shop website was launched, supplying you with the daily living aids and mobility equipment you need to help you live more independently for longer.
In 2019, we joined the NRS Healthcare family. Their decades of experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry have helped us to expand the ways we take care of you, our customer.
Today we continue to help and support you towards increased independence every day with our extensive product range and friendly team of healthcare professionals.
We understand that when it comes to daily living aids, simply finding the right product and then moving on doesn’t cut it.
That’s why alongside our extensive product offering, we also provide a range of services at Complete Care Shop should you need more guidance not only in making the right decision on which products you need, but also in aftercare support such as annual servicing and insurance cover.
For certain independent living aids, it takes more than unboxing the product and using it straight away. Sometimes your home needs to be adapted to accommodate your new aids. Or, you may be becoming increasingly frustrated by the inadequacy of your home in accommodating your needs. From home lift installations through to bathroom adaptations, let our home adaptations partners help you transform your home into an accessible haven, adapted to your unique needs.
