This High Risk Chair Pressure Cushion is 46cm x 40cm x 10cm (18" x 16" x 4") is a very supportive and comfortable pressure cushion suitable for people at a high risk of developing pressure ulcers.
Ideal for use with chairs, wheelchairs and in most other seating situations, this High Risk Chair Pressure Cushion is lightweight, easy to transport and can be used as a comfort cushion to provide additional user comfort as well as as a booster cushion when a higher seat is desired. This pressure cushion has a dual layered construction, combining a base of high density polyurethane foam with temperature sensitive visco elastic memory foam. Providing exceptional levels of comfort, pressure relief and additional support, this pressure cushion's upper surface has a number of geometrically contoured cubes of visco elastic memory foam. These independent modules of memory foam operate individually and uniquely, helping to distribute any pressure whilst also keeping the skin cool and comfortable for the user. This massively reduces the risk of pressure ulcers developing. The High Risk Chair Pressure Cushion is supplied fitted with a black Harley Dartex cover which is waterproof and made from a breathable nylon fabric. The comfortable multi stretch cover is fitted with a zip, and is suitable for washing or dry cleaning if required, ensuring best possible hygiene at all times.
