Sue Lillis is one of our Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs). Her role supports our Occupational Therapists by delivering product advice on our vast range of products we have across the store. She is particularly interested in continence aids and wants to help people manage their conditions as independently as possible.
Sue was previously involved in the provision of the NRS TECS service and understands how personal alarms and technology enabled care products can help people remain independent and feel safer in their own home.
When she's not working, Sue loves walking, and she understands the importance of regular exercise. She likes to be able to help people improve their own mobility, both indoors and outdoors. She appreciates that walking can help people with their mental wellbeing as well as keeping their body moving and promoting their independence.
