Coccyx Cushion
This Coccyx Cushion is a special wedge shape that tilts your pelvis forward to restore the natural curve of your backbone.
This can help relieve pressure and may help to prevent back pain by suspending your coccyx over the cut out section - it is therefore ideal for people who suffer from low back pain, thoracic and postural pain, neck pain, or coccygodynia (inflamed coccyx). It has a removable zip-up cover that is machine washable. People often take it with them for use at home, work or in the car. The seat wedge improves the angle at which your pelvis and spine sits helping to create an optimum lumbar lordosis (spinal curve). When the spine has a lordosis the discs, facet joints, sacro-iliac joints and soft tissues all sit in alignment thus reducing postural stress.
