This excellent eating aid has been constructed from lightweight melamine, which is robust and break-resistant. Melamine has the look and feel of china, giving it a more stylish, dinnerware feel. It features a steep side to let food be pushed and then scooped onto a spoon or fork, helping to decrease the risk of spillages.
The colours of the bowl have been found to stimulate appetite, and are ideal for users who suffer from reduced visual perception or have dementia.

Care instructions:
To make your melamine plate last well, please clean the plate as soon as possible after use to avoid staining. Melamine products should be heated within a specified convection (warm air circulation) dish dispenser to a temperature no higher than 82°C (180°F). Do not use a conventional or microwave oven to heat these products. Not recommended for use with heat lamps.
Staining can occur when certain foods are allowed to dry on the dishware. Do not use chlorine or chlorine base products to pre-soak, as surface damage may result. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to remove stains. Obtain an oxygen cleanser with sodium percarbonate base. These cleansers are for use as a separate presoak process independent of daily dishwashing procedures.
