It can be used whilst sleeping on your front, side or back. Ultimate comfort and support can be achieved when using this pillow whilst supporting a more upright posture position perhaps when reading or watching television in bed as well as the obvious sleeping position. It helps to eliminate the tossing and turning syndrome that effects so many of us when we sleep, atthe same time ensuring that the user’s head, neck, shoulders, upper and lower back and hips are aligned for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The outer cover is zipped to ensure the cover can be easily removed for washing purposes. A gentle hand wash is recommended for the inner only. Please be aware that the image shows the pillow in the U shaped position. The filling can be manipulated by the user to ensure the desired shape and level of comfort required.
